Refund and Returns Policy

At The Nurserywala, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. We take pride in delivering healthy plants and high-quality gardening products right to your doorstep. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Items:

  • Damaged or unhealthy plants received on delivery
  • Broken or defective pots
  • Wrong item delivered (plant, pot, or accessory)

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Plants that have been repotted, used, or kept for more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Products purchased during sale/clearance events (unless damaged)
  • Custom or bulk orders

2. Return Request Window

  • You must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Send us an email with clear photographs of the item and the issue at:

3. Refund Policy

If your return is approved, you may be eligible for one of the following:

  • Full Refund: For products that are damaged, defective, or unavailable for replacement.
  • Replacement: We’ll send a replacement for the same item if available.
  • Store Credit: For certain cases, you may choose to receive store credit for future purchases.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or as a credit in your Nurserywala account.


4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
  • Once the item is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at thenurserywala@gmail.com with your order number.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If a delivery is missed due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during delayed handover.
  • In case of plants arriving wilted due to transit delays beyond our control, we may offer partial compensation or store credit.

6. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at thenurserywala@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Include:
    • Order ID
    • Photos of the product
    • Reason for return
  3. Our support team will verify and guide you on next steps.

Note: Return pickups are available in selected areas of Lucknow. For other locations, you may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
